At The Lederhose Herren, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Every order undergoes strict quality checks before shipping. However, if you need to return or replace an item, please review our policy carefully. Since all our products are made to order, a restocking fee and shipping charges may apply for returns and replacements.

Refundable Items

Returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted only within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return or replace an item, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling expenses. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in new condition, with tags attached. We only accept returns for defective items or if we have made an error in your order. If the mistake is on our part, we will also refund the shipping and delivery charges. Before initiating a return or replacement, customers must provide photos of size issues or defects for verification.

A product shipped to an incorrect address due to a mistake in the information provided by the customer will not be refunded as per our policy.

Non-Refundable Items

Products purchased on SALE or at a DISCOUNT are non-refundable, except in cases where the item has a defect. Made-to-measure and fully customized leather products cannot be returned or replaced, as they are tailored specifically to the customer’s requirements. Any worn, altered, or damaged items will not be eligible for return. We also discourage ordering multiple products for trial purposes and returning unwanted items.

Additionally, there is no size exchange on free items provided as part of a promotion.

How to Return an Item

If your product is eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Request a Return Approval – Contact our customer support team and provide your name, order number, and the email address used for the order. If the product is defective, attach photos of the defects for verification.
  2. Approval Process – Our sales representative will review your request and respond within 48 working hours to assist you.
  3. Return Address & Shipping – Once approved, we will provide a return address. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service to ensure safe and trackable returns.
